- Offseason 16 Weeks 3x Sessions per week
- In season 20 weeks 1-2 Sessions Per Week + mid-week game
- LTAD plan for EP athletes
- High Performance Coaching and Methodologies
- Periodization for events (nationals, College, ABL ect)
Athletic Development
- 12 month Service with Hybrid Performance
- Physio Support & musculoskeletal scan
- Personal Set of Driveline Equipment
- Access with a personal profile to Rapsodo, Blast motion & other high level equipment
Performance Development Program

- Pre-Season/In season 20 weeks 2 Sessions per week
- LTAD plan for PD athletes
- High Performance Coaching and Methodologies
- Preparation for Nationals and other tournaments within program time frame
- Foundational level of LTAD
- Development of Skills and Knowledge at a higher level
- Talent identification for future teams
- Talent Identification for future EP Programs
